I have a client who passed away recently. He has made a Will. His spouse is arranging with a lawyer firm to apply for Grant of Probate.	Kebelakangan ini,seorang pelanggan saya meninggal dunia. Dia telah menulis wasiatnya. Isterinya sedang menguruskan Grant of Probate dengan peguam.	最近我有位顾客过世。他已经缮写了遗嘱。遗孀正与律师申请遗产分配书。
Since the client has some investment with me, the lawyer sent a letter to request for the latest statement. I duly passed the letter to the investment company for their processing.	Pelanggan berkenaan mempunyai pelaburan dengan syarikat saya, maka peguam beri surat untuk memohon statement pelaburan yang terbaru. Saya berilah surat itu kepada syarikat.	该顾客有些投资在我的手上，所以律师出信要求最新的投资结存单。那我只好拿去投资公司让他们处理。
When I passed the letter to relevant staff, she finds it odd with the letter for the following reasons:- Deceased name without NRIC#. Signature without name and designation	Apabila saya beri surat itu kepada staf berkenaan, staf rasa aneh dengan surat itu:- Nama si mati tanpa K/P Tandtangan tanpa nama dan pangkat	可是当我把信交给相关职员的时候，她觉得信的格式有点怪。 信中只有死者的名字却没有身份证号码 有签名但没有署名和职位
Anyhow, the staff was kind enough to forward the letter to HQ but she indeed highlighted HQ may requested for further evidence.	Staf itu masih sudi menghantar surat itu ke HQ untuk pemprosesan tapi dia rasa HQ akan minta info yang lain.	职员愿意尝试把信寄到总公司但她认为总部会要求其他的证据。
True indeed, HQ requested for more information:- Certified copy of Death Certificate Certified copy of MyKad of deceased's spouse Certified true copy of document to proof the relationship between deceased and spouse Letter from deceased spouse authorizing the lawyer to act on behalf	Betul jugak, HQ perlukan:- Sijil mati yang disahbenarkan MyKad pasangan si mati yang disahbenarkan dokumen yang boleh membuktikan pertalian antara si mati dan pasangan, yang disahbenarkan Surat beri kuasa peguam berurusan	果不其然，总部要求以下资料： 死者证书副本 遗孀的身份证副本  能证明死者与遗孀的关系的文件 遗孀授权律师处理的信件
The request seems fair to me because the investment company needs to protect client's assets from unauthorized transaction. So, investment company must established the request to be a genuine case. Jadi, syarikat mesti pastikan permintaan adalah kisah benar.	这些要求看起来蛮合理的因为公司必须保护客户的财产。公司必须确保该要求是真实状况。
Of course, the deceased spouse was unhappy in the beginning because it seems like the whole thing is being drag. She hopes to settle everything fast.	Pasangansi mati mestilah rasa tidak sedap kerana rasa syarikat cuma melambatkan proses. Dia ingin selesaikan semua cepat.	对于遗孀来说，当让就会有点不高兴因为公司似乎在拖延整个程序。她想尽快解决整件事。
Therefore, I think it is wise and important to choose a  wise lawyer when come to this thing. Maybe the lawyer should be very well versed with probate issues to shorten the process. Peguam itu mestilah fasih dengan segala proses probate.	因此，我觉得在处理这类事情时还是要选择一个有经验的律师为好。律师应该要对程序非常熟悉也好缩短整个程序。
This is for the good of their client and also the parties they dealt with. Because we don't want to create a scenario where both sides blame the other.
